A visit to the Philippines is not complete without good food. It is only at The Mabuhay Manor where you'll get to sample the best of regional Filipino cuisine without the hassles of travelling.

When at our Pasay City accommodation, you must try:

Halo-Halo – an all-time favorite Filipino dessert that is a mix of sweet bananas, gelatin, sweet potato, and young coconut, among others, topped with leche flan (caramel cream custard) and ube (sweet violet yam)

Fresh Buco (Coconut) – refreshing coconut water and meat straight from the shell

Balut – Be adventurous! They say it isn’t for the weak, but it is a local delicacy that every Balikbayan and tourist should definitely try out.
