The Balikbayan Airport Hotel

A hotel that is accredited by the Department of Tourism which is customized for Balikbayans coming home in the Philippines and be treated with  a “BISITA SA BAHAY” hospitality.

 

LOCATION
The Mabuhay Manor is ideally located in the preferred destinations of travelers such as the historical Roxas Bouleveard, SM Mall of Asia Complex which highlight’s the country’s largest shopping mall and SMEX Convention Centre as the biggest  convention centre, Philippine Cultural Center, World Trade Convention Center, US Embassy, Manila Bay Yacht Club, PICC and the National Museum.

The Mabuhay Manor is a short 2 km, 10-minute’ drive, from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and a 1.5 km, 8-minute drive, from the Manila Domestic Airport.  Although the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is well served by air-conditioned taxis, the city’s random traffic congestion means by far the best way to enjoy the ride in comfort is to take a chauffeur-driven hotel service car together with your Balikbayan boxes.

The Mabuhay Manor offers 115 spacious guestrooms that is perfect for balikbayan boxes. Each guestrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV, king-/ queen-size bed, private toilet & shower and WIFI. 

 

DINING AND LEISURE
The Mabuhay Manor dining options are comprised of the Lola’s Restaurant, Sala Lounge by the Lobby, 24 hours room service and Sutukil Dining by the swimming pool area.

 

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation between the International Airport and The Mabuhay Manor by a Toyota Innova are priced at PHP 330 or a Van for PHP 880 respectively, per one way trip. Advance booking is recommended.
Taxis are available on the arrival level of the International and Domestic Airports. Most taxis are metered, though some drivers will negotiate for a flat rate. The fare from the airport to Mabuhay Manor will cost an estimate of US$6.

Philippines is a tropical country and has a humid temperature all throughout the year. Though thanks to the archipelago’s long coastline, this means that brisk sea breeze have a cooling effect especially coming from the bay area near the hotel.
